Heart & Soul Healing is a tremendously powerful healing practice designed as a way to discover and understand the vibrational changes within our bodies – essential for releasing old energy patterns. This release and clearing process raises our vibration, thereby changing our reality on a multidimensional cellular level - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
An understanding of the energetic dynamics within our bodies is essential for releasing old patterns on a conscious and subconscious level. Our physical mental, emotional and spiritual bodies are fluid or liquid vibrations. These fluids are changed, healed and released through accessing the subconscious mind which holds the energetic memory of our past. Its purpose is to assist you by integrating your whole being with your Higher Self.
This work looks for patterns your subconscious mind gives energy to. Often, no matter how much work we have accomplished towards understanding our issues, there seems to be a missing piece which prevents the final resolution of our life problems. As a result, we create patterns, over and over in our life. We continue to re-create the same things in life just so we can gain the wisdom, understanding and knowledge of our choices and our life lessons. Any fears or emotional residue we may be holding within a particular issue can further distort the problem, making it almost impossible to see “the bigger picture.”
