Daniel Filippone’s interest in painting and drawing began at the early age of seven.
Born and raised in New Jersey, with a very close proximity to New York City, Daniel attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where he received a BFA in Illustration in 1997.
After graduation, he studied at the University of Florence as part of a summer abroad program, ‘Lessons from the Old Masters’, through the Fashion Institute of Technology. After returning from his studies abroad, Daniel developed a freelance career as an illustrator and muralist. more
